Okay, are you ready for an epic post? This blog post is essentially 15 posts in one (don’t worry, it’s not that long), so I hope you enjoy it!
As some of you may know, I do quite a lot of freelance work alongside running this blog – mostly recipe development and food writing. A lot of the time, I work on one-off commissions, but when I’m lucky, a big project comes along that I can really sink my teeth into.
This was one such project.
This post is the result of months and months of work earlier in the year – not full-time, of course, since I’m usually working on about a million things at a time, but in order to pull all of this content together, I was pretty much thinking about quinoa for three months straight. Oh, and eating it. There was lots of quinoa eating.
On this page, you’ll find links to all of the content I put together for a fantastic new app / website called Forq. It’s basically a way to store all of your old recipes in one convenient place, and to share them with others (if you want to!). The website also contains heaps of recipes, including 11 of my very own quinoa recipes!
I also wrote a few articles about quinoa itself, in case you’re interested in the ingredient behind the recipes.
