- 2 tbsp butter
- 250 g corn kernels
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 50 g feta cheese coarsely crumbled
- Salt
- Black pepper
Melt the butter in a frying pan, and add the garlic and corn. Cook over a medium heat, stirring every minute or so, for around 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the parsley and feta cheese, then season to taste.
